Experience
Production manager
6 years as Production manager of the largest Portuguese PVC work-boots injection factory, responsible for the manufacture, planning and control of all production Sector with 130 people, including finish lines, packaging and textile manufacture, raw material stocks and recycling.
17 years as Production manager in two distinct plastic injection companies, same responsibilities as above, plus definition and control of all the molds for plastic injection, member of the Administration board, Buying department and IT sectors. Startup of several production lines, including injection, plastic welding, serigraphy. Quality certification according to 9002 ISO Quality Assurance System, later to 9001 ISO (own product conception).
6 years Project, implantation and start up of brand new plastic injection and packaging company created specifically to inject high production technical components, fully automated and robotized, from zero to start in 8 months, including Industrial licensing. Start, control and full management of the company for the 6 years.
7 years as Production manager in two distinct plastic injection companies. Injection, molds, technical formation of workers, system coordination and improvement.
2 years as self employed consulting and formation on Production technologies, engineering and improved planning.
Computer Programming
Started programming in Cobol 50 years ago. Then in Assembly with my good old Spectrum machine 40 years ago, and never stopped since. Programming in C, C++ and Pascal Delphi now for many years.
Built a few Linux servers and workstations, some of which still work non-stop after 16 years, working as email, web and network servers.

Experienced in forming people on Plastics injection, production, and mold technology.
Consulting in Plastics and Mold making technology and industrial organization.
External formator on CENFIM (Forming Center of Marinha Grande - for plastics and molds).
